Stigma and discrimination remain the most pressing barriers to HIV prevention, care and treatment for marginalised communities across the globe. Through the Robert Key Memorial Fund, the Elton John AIDS Foundation is accepting Concept Notes for solutions that have a strong potential to address stigma and discrimination for populations at-risk or living with HIV from marginalised communities.

This small grants fund (which for this round is focusing on stigma and discrimination) is now open and accepting expressions of interest for proposals between $30,000 – $70,000.
Eligible Countries in Asia: India; Indonesia; Malaysia; Myanmar (formerly Burma); Philippines; Thailand; Vietnam
Deadline for submission of concept notes: July 1, 2021
